Admission Requirements for India Students
Academic Documents
- High school diploma (for Bachelor programs) or university degree (for Master)
- Academic transcripts/grade certificates
- Documents translated into Albanian and legalized according to Albanian requirements (apostille or relevant legalization procedures)
- Recognition/equivalence of previous qualifications when required by Albanian authorities
Personal Documents
- Valid passport
- Birth certificate (if required)
- Passport-size photographs
- University application form
- Curriculum Vitae (especially for Master applicants)
- Motivation letter (depending on the university and program)
Language Requirements
- For programs taught in English: proof of English language proficiency may be required (IELTS, TOEFL, or another accepted certificate), or the university may conduct an interview/English assessment
- For programs taught in Albanian: students may be required to demonstrate knowledge of the Albanian language according to university regulations
University Admission Process
- Submission of the application and required documents to the chosen Albanian university
- Evaluation and approval by the university
- Issuance of an official Admission Letter
Visa and Residence Permit
- Apply for a Student Visa (Type D) at the relevant Albanian embassy or consulate after receiving admission
- After arrival in Albania, apply for a Residence Permit for Study Purposes
- Provide health insurance
- Provide proof of accommodation
- Provide proof of financial support for living and study expenses
Additional Requirements (Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, IT)
- Good academic performance, especially in relevant subjects
- Verified educational documents
- Compliance with Albanian immigration and university admission procedures
